Online Registration for the conference includes:

- Dedicated host to curate the schedule

In-person registration includes
- Access to all conference sessions on Zoom
- Access to all conference sessions in-person
- Unlimited refreshments, coffees, teas, fruit and snacks
- Two course hot/cold lunch each day which can be taken in the dining room or garden
- Access to the Engineer’s House gardens and meeting rooms
- Complimentary parking and bike storage
Workshops will be delivered through Zoom and participation costs £50 for each workshop
In previous years, we have experienced significant issues when delegates are registered by their administrative staff as we then have no contact details to send alerts, and updates. This year we are again using a “pre-registration” form in order to ensure we are able to send confirmation, programme details and links to content to delegates.
Please download and complete the form below and return it to us. Once completed, we will then issue an invoice or pro forma. This can be paid by delegates directly, or passed to administrators.

Prices are in UK pounds
All major credit cards are accepted
The registration fees DO NOT cover insurance, travel, or accommodation other than where explicitly stated. (Travel insurance is recommended by the organisers.)
People who must cancel their registration are eligible for a refund up to 31st May, 2025. A £10 cancellation fee will apply.
After 31st May there is NO REFUND available for any reason. Please understand that after that date costs have already accrued.
