This symposium and workshop is open to anyone

with an interest in developing their research and communication skills
who is interested in engaging the public in social science research
making research more accessible and understandable to lay and public audiences

Through sharing experiences, insights, and expertise and through workshop, discussion and illustration we hope to provide an environment that is supportive to the novice as well as experienced practitioner. We aim to give space to completed projects, as well as work in progress, in order to expand the possibilities for creating research that is accessible and understandable.

How to participate

We invite abstract & submissions from researchers who would like to share their research with a particular focus on public engagement, creativity, arts-based, performative and participatory methodologies. Please submit 200 word abstracts with title, affiliation and author contact details to Jessie at jessie@boomerang-project.org.uk please mark your e e mail Engage and Transform
